The development of biomedical simulation models is a complex process that often involves multiple scientists and tools. Collaboration currently requires a high level of manual effort, which slows down development and increases the susceptibility to errors.
My goal is to simplify model development. I see significant potential for improvement in the versioning of models, which can support and partially automate collaboration. Furthermore, I am interested in the development of tools that simplify important but often neglected processes, such as assessing the FAIRness of models and data.
