MILA Seminar
Das MILA Seminar ist eine zwei-wöchentliche Veranstaltung mit internen und externen Vorträgen. Die thematischen Schwerpunkte sind u.a.:
- Richtlinien, Standards und Roadmaps für nachhaltiges Datenmanagement, z.B. FAIR-Datenmanagement in der biomedizinischen Forschung, Datenqualitätsbewertung bei der Wiederverwendung von EHR-Daten
- Graphdatenbanken, Konzepte und Methoden zur Verknüpfung heterogener Datenquellen
- Lösungen für effizientes Data Retrieval und Ähnlichkeitsmaße
- Konzepte zur Verbesserung der Datennachvollziehbarkeit
Das Seminar ist großteils öffentlich und findet im BigBlueButton der Universität Greifswald statt. Alle Interessent*innen sind herzlich eingeladen. Offene Seminare werden über Twitter angekündigt.
Seminarzeit: alle zwei Wochen montags 14-15 Uhr, Abweichungen werden in der unten stehenden Tabelle angegeben.
