MILA-Seminar - Unlock Insights for medical Research with Knowledge Graphs

Our upcoming MILA seminar will take place on May 16 from 2 pm to 3 pm. In this seminar, Angela Dedie and Justus Taeger from German Center for Diabetes Research (Deutsches Zentrum für Diabetesforschung, DZD, Munich, will present a topic entitled "Unlock Insights for medical Research with Knowledge Graphs".

Graph technology becomes increasingly popular in medical research because of its efficient way of connecting data. DZDconnect is a biomedical Knowledge Graph that is developed and hosted by the Datamanagement Team at the German Center for Diabetes Readsearch (DZD). It links data from basic research across sites, disciplines and species with external knowledge. DZDconnect aims to bridge the gap between healthcare research and state-of-the-art information technology and helps to make disease research faster and more efficient.
