CovidGraph: a graph to fight COVID-19 new paper out in Oxford Bioinformatics

Our latest publication describes the CovidGraph, a knowledge base that integrates previously heterogenous data sets relating to COVID-19 in a graph database. Reliable and integrated data are prerequisites for effective research on the recent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. CovidGraph provides easy access to multiple data sources through a single point of entry and enables flexible data exploration.

The work by Lea Gütebier and Ron Henkel was conducted as part of the HealthEcco project. The application note focuses on the integrated data sources and possibilities to access the data.

More information on CovidGraph is available from the project website: healthecco.org/covidgraph/. Source code and documentation are provided on GitHub: github.com/covidgraph.
