MILA-Seminar - Knowledge graph representation of clinical studies
Our next seminar will take place online on Jun 29th, 1-2 pm.
Julia Demmel and Angela Dedié from the German Center for Diabetes Research will talk about: "Knowledge graph representation of clinical studies". The objectives of this research include the development of a KG representation for longitudinal clinical research studies, incorporation of data from two specific studies of the German Center for Diabetes Research into a KG and effectively capturing the complex time-based structures commonly encountered in clinical studies.
