In the Department of Community Medicine Methods, we investigate how we can create a healthier future for everyone in the population. To this end, we combine > methods from various disciplines of population-based health research.
What are methods?
Methods are the tools we use to plan, design and implement studies and measures aimed at maintaining the health of the population. This includes study design, data collection and analysis procedures, as well as the application of evidence-based and theory-based models in the planning and development of measures. Due to their interdisciplinary nature, our methods cover a wide range. However, they all have one thing in common: they are based on a population-based approach.
